Introduction to Heart Rhythm and Meditation
January 20 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
A 6-week series with Christopher Neithamer • Starts Wednesday January 20, 2021 • 5:30pm-7:00pm
Want to find a way to connect to your center, the core of who you are, no matter what is going on in the world around you?
Do you want to find a way to consistently calm, nourish and center yourself?
Join us for a 6-week Introduction To Heart Rhythm Meditation series with Christopher Neithamer!
Participants in this course will learn science-based breathing practices that result in a slower heartbeat, a calmer mind, and a greater ability to regulate emotion. They will experience the power and calm of breathing with their own heartbeat. Each week of this six part series another dimension of the basic Heart Rhythm Meditation practice will be taught. Focusing on creating an even, full rhythmic breath entrained with the heartbeat, will lead to a deeply transpersonal and transformative experience of oneself and others while staying within one’s own body. Unlike some other common forms of meditation, in Heart Rhythm meditation we encourage an embodied practice so there is no disconnect from our body, heart, mind and spirit. Concrete tools will equip participants with the ability to start an at-home meditation practice to help them live a fulfilling life.
Suitable for newbie or experienced meditators.
$155 if paid in full by Dec 31 • $175 Thereafter
