Veteran testimonials:

iRest has taught me how to be better in touch with my body and emotions. That has allowed me to better respond to situations as opposed to simply reacting." — B.S., Veteran
The iRest program has brought great peace and comfort to me. Where I had great anxiety I now have peace. Where I had nightmares I now sleep in comfort. Where I had pain I now manage. The program has allowed me to feel and be as I was prior to my trauma and injuries in Iraq. I highly recommend the program to all who have PTSD or experience pain. Make yourself whole again by using iRest." — C.A.R, Iraq veteran
