Pamela Joyce ( PJ) loves guiding students through an explorative yoga practice, allowing space for healing, growth and continued learning about themselves. In PJ’s classes, you’ll move through a well-rounded mix of yoga and exercise poses geared to invigorate the body, nourish the mind and awaken the spirit. She believes that movement heals the mind, body and soul—freeing us to be our most honest selves and to live our most authentic lives.
PJ completed her 200-hour YTT 2021 with Hawaiian Healing Yoga on the Big Island of Hawaii. She has also trained with Ruthie Bernaert in her Yoga Immersion program which focuses on Alignment, Asana, Meditation, Philosophy, Anatomy, Pranayama, Ethics and Yogic Lifestyle.
