I’m really thankful to be able to share yoga with others for a living. I was first introduced to yoga in 2000, and since then it has been a constant in my life. In 2013 I received my 200-hour yoga teacher training from my dear friend and teacher Sarah Robinette. I am a full-time student and am currently working towards a degree in Acupuncture. My intention as a yoga instructor is to lead you through a holistic practice that results in meditation and to encourage and support the cultivation of a personal yoga practice. Namaste!
