Bodymind Ballwork is an elegantly simple yet profound method for self-care and transformation. We use balls of varying sizes and textures to support, massage and stretch localized areas of the body, bringing more aliveness and relaxation to the body and mind. The balls address fascia directly, restoring healthy circulation of fluids and healthy glide between layers. Balls will be provided for the workshop and available for purchase. Ellen’s newest book, The Bodymind Ballwork Method with instructions for all the techniques, will also be available. Her other books include Yoga for Arthritis, Yoga for Osteoporosis, and Anatomy and Yoga. She has been teaching ballwork and yoga for over 40 years.
Early registration by January 25 is strongly encouraged for Ellen to know how many balls to bring from New York.
