Ayurveda is a science of Self understanding, and is also known as the mother of all healing. It is a holistic system and form of medicine practiced in India for the past 5,000 years.
When we are living out of harmony with our individual nature, we begin to experience sickness and disease. Ayurveda teaches us that the path to optimal health is different for each person, yet encourages how to stay ‘balanced’ in a world of constant change when we understand our nature and the environment around us.
This training is open to all students not just those looking to teach. All material is practical and can easily fit into your daily, fast paced lifestyle!
Yoga and Ayurveda are sciences that cannot not be separated, that together they form a complete science of Self-Realization & Self-Healing.
Over 5,000 years ago, Rishis or seers saw this system by observing and working with nature as the source of self healing. Ayurveda covers all aspects of well-being including physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Ayurveda looks to heal the whole person through herbs, diet, life style regimens and exercise. Its main focus is to remove imbalances from the mind and body.
