Want to schedule some “me” time? New to yoga or just want some assistance? A private session may be just what you are looking for.
During private sessions, students will be given the opportunity to work one on one with a highly trained instructor. Students can focus on their specific goals and needs. Hands-on adjustments as well as pranayama (breath-work), meditation, and specific asana (postures) may be incorporated into sessions, depending on the needs of the student.
