Sarah began practicing yoga regularly in 2012. She was immediately drawn to Jim and Ruthie’s Anusara classes which focus on alignment and moving with the breath. In 2018, Sarah completed her 200 hour Level 1 Teacher Training with Jim and Ruthie Bernaert. She believes in creating a practice that leaves the body strong yet pliable. Sarah’s background in massage therapy has given her a deep respect for the human body and all of its capacities. She is grateful to be a part of the Waimea Yoga community and excited to share her love of yoga.
